Changes the short title of 59 O.S. Section 1800.1 et seq. from "Alarm and Locksmith Industry Act" to "Alarm and Locksmith and Fire Sprinkler Industry Act"

Updates the definition section (59 O.S. Section 1800.2) to include fire sprinklers throughout the statutory references and definitions

Expands the definition of "locksmith industry" to explicitly include fire sprinklers as mechanical or electronic security devices, along with access control systems, fiber optic security systems, closed circuit television, and nurse call systems

Expands the definition of "licensee" to apply to any person licensed pursuant to the "Alarm and Locksmith and Fire Sprinkler Industry Act"

Becomes effective November 1, 2015
