Eliminates permit requirement to kill feral swine at night on private property; instead requires online registration with the Department of Wildlife Conservation with registrant's name, contact information, and landowner/lessee details.

Limits registration validity to 12 hours; registrant must complete another registration to continue feral swine removal activities beyond the initial 12-hour period with no limit on number of registrations.

Authorizes use of handheld illuminating light enhancement devices for nighttime feral swine removal, except during designated deer hunting seasons as determined by the Department of Wildlife Conservation.

Allows permitted landowners, lessees, or designated agents to use headlights carried on the person while hunting feral swine at night to protect agricultural crops, livestock, and feed; prohibits vehicle-mounted headlights or roadway use.

Becomes effective November 1, 2015.
