• Maintains existing annual registration fee structure based on vehicle age, ranging from $85.00 for vehicles in years 1-4 down to $15.00 for vehicles in year 17 and beyond.

• Requires the Tax Commission to provide website information explaining vehicle registration procedures, charges, fees, and the apportionment of vehicle fees and penalties.

• Becomes effective November 1, 2015.
