Amends 69 O.S. 2011, Sections 606 and 621 to allow adjoining counties to enter into agreements for construction, maintenance, and financial responsibility of county line roads and bridges.

Modifies Section 606 to permit counties to divide bridge construction costs as agreed upon by said counties, rather than requiring equal cost-sharing.

Modifies Section 621 to allow counties or other jurisdictions to enter into agreements for maintenance and construction of county line highways, eliminating the requirement to divide roads into two sections with each county responsible for one section.

Becomes effective July 1, 2015, with an emergency clause allowing the act to take effect immediately upon passage and approval.
