Amends Section 78, Chapter 208, O.S.L. 2013 to modify the workers' compensation appeals process in Oklahoma.

Requires payment for prescription drugs prescribed by the treating physician to continue during the pendency of any appeal filed by an employer or the employer's insurance carrier.

If the employer is held not liable for prescription drug payment upon appeal resolution, the employee must reimburse the employer or insurance carrier for prescriptions filled during the appeals process.

Becomes effective November 1, 2015.
