Authorizes Safe School Committees to study and make recommendations regarding development of an optional rape or sexual assault response program for school sites.

Program, if implemented, would inform students and school staff on appropriate emotional response and victim support needs following rape or sexual assault incidents at school or involving students.

Amends 70 O.S. 2011, Section 24-100.5 to add new subsection C establishing this optional program authority alongside existing bullying prevention responsibilities.

Effective date is July 1, 2015, with an emergency clause declaring the act takes effect immediately upon passage and approval.

Exempts technology center schools from the provisions of this section.
