Amends Oklahoma Statutes Title 28, Section 111 to modify fees collected by the Secretary of State for various services and documents.

Reduces apostille fee from $25.00 to $10.00 for documents related to international adoptions, with a maximum cap of $100.00 per child adopted.

Maintains standard $25.00 apostille fee for all other purposes, where an apostille is a special certificate certifying authenticity of signatures and seals under the 1961 Hague Convention.

Deposits apostille fees and related fees into the Revolving Fund for the Office of the Secretary of State, while other filing fees go to the Central Filing System Revolving Fund.

Effective November 1, 2015.
