Agricultural education programs are designed for grades 8-12 and must be provided by comprehensive school districts only, with technology center school districts prohibited from operating such programs or FFA chapters.

Each student enrolled in an agricultural education program must participate in a supervised agricultural experience project.

Local school districts must provide transportation services for all agricultural education program and FFA program-related duties and to and from all activities when the program is funded by the Oklahoma Department of Career and Technology Education.

The act becomes effective July 1, 2015, with an emergency clause allowing it to take effect immediately upon passage and approval.
