• Authorizes Oklahoma district courts to use an approved electronic jury management system (JMS) for selecting and summoning grand and petit jurors as an alternative to traditional jury wheel methods

• Permits the Administrative Director of the Courts to select and summon multicounty grand jurors using the JMS, with the process supervised by the presiding judge

• Eliminates requirements for jury wheel usage and paper ballot drawings when using the approved JMS, exempting those laws from application during electronic jury selection

• Allows courts to maintain eligible juror lists electronically and use the JMS to generate jury panels, prepare and mail summons, and manage juror communications and records

• Prohibits challenges to jury panels based on use of the JMS and establishes confidentiality protections for juror names and personal information, with limited disclosure only to attorneys of record for jury selection purposes
