Allows physically disabled persons, including disabled veterans certified by the United States Department of Veterans Affairs, to hunt from motor-driven land or water conveyances with a permit from the Director of Wildlife Conservation.

Sets permit fee at a maximum of $20.00 and establishes a five-year validity period for the permit.

Maintains existing prohibitions on hunting wildlife with motor-driven conveyances except as otherwise provided, including for disabled persons with permits and for following dogs on public roads or private property with landowner permission.

Exempts employees of the Oklahoma Department of Agriculture, Food, and Forestry Wildlife Services Division and United States Department of Agriculture Wildlife Services from the motor-driven conveyance restrictions when engaged in wildlife management activities.

Becomes effective November 1, 2015.
