Permits business entities to refuse providing services, accommodations, advantages, facilities, goods or privileges related to any lesbian, gay, bisexual or transgender person, group or association.

Prohibits civil or criminal fines under state or local law against business entities for refusing services as described in the bill.

Grants business entities immunity from civil liability for damages resulting from such refusal.

Defines "business entity" to include persons, partnerships, corporations, limited liability companies, or other lawful entities organized under Oklahoma law or authorized to conduct business in the state.

Effective date: November 1, 2015.
