Oklahoma Lottery Commission shall notify the Oklahoma Health Care Authority of individuals who win lottery prizes exceeding $1,000.00 pursuant to Section 710 of Title 3A of the Oklahoma Statutes.

Oklahoma Lottery Commission must develop guidelines and procedures for timely notification to the Oklahoma Health Care Authority, including winner identification (with social security number), amount of winnings, and distribution date.

Guidelines and procedures must comply with relevant confidentiality provisions under Section 725 of Title 3A of the Oklahoma Statutes.

New law codified as Section 724.5 of Title 3A of the Oklahoma Statutes.

Act becomes effective November 1, 2015.
