Amends 70 O.S. 2011, Section 13-110 to establish special education teacher pay differentials based on student disability categories and experience levels.

Special education teachers receive a minimum of 5% pay above the prevailing wage for nondisabled teachers in the same school district.

Teachers assigned to students with severe-profound disabilities or those identified with emotional disturbance or autism for 80% or more of the school day receive a minimum of 10% pay above the prevailing wage.

Teachers with 5 or more consecutive years of service as special education teachers in the same school district receive an additional minimum 5% pay above the prevailing wage, stacked on top of the percentages in the first two categories.

Effective July 1, 2015, with emergency declaration for immediate effect upon passage and approval.
