Creates the "24/7 Tobacco-free Schools Act" prohibiting use of all tobacco products in educational facilities serving early childhood programs or grades K-12, in school vehicles, and at school-sponsored or school-sanctioned events and activities at any time.

Defines "tobacco product" to include bidis, cigars, cheroots, stogies, smoking tobacco, chewing tobacco, and any other articles made of tobacco or substitutes thereof.

Allows public school districts and private schools to adopt more restrictive tobacco policies beyond the statutory minimum requirements.

Amends existing smoking prohibition laws (21 O.S. Section 1247 and 63 O.S. Sections 1-1522 and 1-1523) to incorporate tobacco-free school definitions and extend prohibitions to all tobacco products, not just smoking.

Establishes violation as a misdemeanor punishable by citation and fine of $10 to $100.
