Amends Oklahoma's school accountability system to require separate reporting of academic performance for students receiving long-term or short-term rehabilitation services in pediatric rehabilitation hospitals or medical care settings.

Students in rehabilitation facilities receiving educational services through school district agreements shall have their test scores reported separately and excluded from the school site grade calculation.

Rehabilitation hospitals or medical care facilities that are considered school sites shall not receive a school grade.

Effective July 1, 2015, with emergency provisions allowing immediate implementation upon passage and approval.

Maintains existing school grading scales (A+ through F) and accountability measures for all other student populations.
