Removes speech-language pathologists from eligibility for the $5,000 annual salary bonus provided by the State Board of Education, keeping only nationally certified school psychologists and audiologists eligible.

Maintains the $5,000 annual salary bonus payable no later than January 31 each year for school psychologists designated as Nationally Certified by the National School Psychology Certification Board and audiologists holding a Certificate of Clinical Competence from the American Speech-Language Hearing Association.

Provides for pro-rated bonuses for part-time employees based on proportionate equivalency to full-time employment.

Increases the bonus amount to $7,000 upon implementation of subsection N of Section 6-204.2.

Updates the name of the revolving fund to "Oklahoma School Psychologist, Speech-Language Pathologist, and Audiologist National Certification Revolving Fund" and becomes effective November 1, 2015.
