Requires all persons, firms, partnerships, corporations, limited partnerships, limited liability companies, and other lawfully recognized entities making payments of taxes, fees, fines, charges, costs, or other expenses to state or local government entities to make instruments payable to the government office, agency, or entity name

Prohibits making payment instruments payable to individual public officeholders

Codifies new requirement as Section 9001 of Title 62 of the Oklahoma Statutes

Effective date is November 1, 2015
