Wildlife Conservation Commission authorized to establish two types of special use permits: "Annual Wildlife Conservation Passport" and "Three-Day Wildlife Conservation Passport" for designated Commission-owned land.

Annual Wildlife Conservation Passport fee capped at $1.00 above the cost of an annual resident hunting or fishing license; Three-Day Wildlife Conservation Passport fee capped at $15.00.

Exemptions from passport requirements include persons with valid Oklahoma fishing, hunting, or combination licenses; persons under 16 years of age; and students and instructors in pre-approved educational activities.

Persons arrested for passport violations may purchase a temporary thirty-day substitute license from a game warden for $50.00 (residents) or $90.00 (nonresidents) in lieu of posting bond.

Fees collected from substitute licenses deposited into Wildlife Conservation Fund exclusively for developing, managing, preserving, and protecting wildlife and wildlife habitat; effective November 1, 2015.
