• Permits waiver of registration penalties when a vehicle is stolen, if certified by police report or other documentation required by the Oklahoma Tax Commission

• Clarifies maximum penalty for delinquent registration shall not exceed $100.00 for general vehicles, with $1.00 per day accrual capped at this amount

• Allows stolen vehicle credit for replacement registration fees within 90 days of original purchase date, with credit applied to replacement vehicle registration

• Extends stolen vehicle penalty waiver provision to vehicles stolen within 30 days of ownership transfer, with same police report certification requirement

• Effective November 1, 2015
