Amends 28 O.S. 2011, Section 153.1 to require municipalities receive 25 percent of costs charged in felony cases that occurred within the municipality.

Municipal costs must be used to defer expenses associated with arrest and transportation of the defendant to a jail facility.

Maintains existing provision requiring one-half of costs in driving under the influence cases be paid to the municipality when arrested by a municipal law enforcement officer.

Becomes effective November 1, 2015.
