Amends 59 O.S. 2011, Section 396.4 to authorize the Oklahoma Funeral Board to set fees by rule for funeral services licenses, registrations, examinations, and renewals.

Establishes temporary fee schedule effective until the Board sets fees by rule, including: Funeral Director/Embalmer licenses at $75 each, apprentice registration at $150, examinations at $100 each, establishment licenses at $250, and crematory licenses at $250.

Adds a new $3.00 per disposition fee payable upon license renewal, calculated from November 1 to October 31 annually, where "disposition" means each original death certificate filed by a licensed establishment.

Authorizes the Oklahoma Funeral Board to set special administrative service fees not to exceed $200.

Becomes effective November 1, 2015.
