Full-time employees of the Oklahoma Turnpike Authority employed on the last working day of June 2015 receive a 6.25% annualized salary increase effective July 1, 2015, calculated on their June 30, 2015 salary.

Temporary and limited-term employees qualify for the increase if they are non-permanent and compensated for a limited duration without expectation of permanent employment.

Employees on leave without pay on July 1, 2015 receive the increase upon return to work, but receive no retroactive pay for the leave period.

Employees who left state service before July 1, 2015 and are reinstated or reemployed during July 2015 without a break in service exceeding 30 calendar days receive the increase immediately upon reinstatement.

Classified employees receive the salary increase even if it exceeds the maximum salary for their pay band; act becomes effective July 1, 2015 under emergency declaration.
