OK HB1969

Creates the "Oklahoma Employment First Act" requiring all state agencies to coordinate efforts ensuring state programs, policies, procedures, and funding support competitive integrated employment of individuals with disabilities.

Requires state agencies to share data and information across systems whenever feasible to track progress toward full implementation of the act.

Authorizes state agencies to adopt rules necessary to implement the act.

Defines "competitive employment" as full-time or part-time work in integrated community settings compensated at or above minimum wage and customary wage levels paid to workers without disabilities, including self-employment.

Becomes effective November 1, 2015.
