OK HB1975

Amends 52 O.S. 2011, Section 1 to clarify the definition of "Corporation Commission" or "Commission" in Title 52.

Expands the definition to explicitly include employees, agents, deputies, or representatives of the Commission authorized by law or the Commission to perform duties, responsibilities, functions, or exercise powers.

Maintains the existing provision that authorization does not apply if the intent of the statute clearly prohibits such delegation.

Becomes effective November 1, 2015.
