Increases the percentage of gross fees that self-sustaining professional and occupational regulatory boards must pay into the General Revenue Fund from 10% to 15%

Applies to all self-sustaining boards created by statute to regulate professions, occupations, and vocations unless otherwise provided by law

Becomes effective July 1, 2015

Declares an emergency so the act takes effect immediately upon passage and approval
