Beginning in sixth grade, public schools must make a risk assessment available to each student attending a school with a "C", "D", or "F" rating under the Oklahoma School Testing Program.

Risk assessments must also be made available to students in schools where 50% or more students are eligible for free and reduced lunch.

The University of Oklahoma College of Medicine is required to develop the risk assessment, which shall be based on adverse childhood behavior to predict future behavior.

The act becomes effective November 1, 2015.
