Amends 25 O.S. 2011, Section 307 to add the Workers' Compensation Commission to the list of public bodies authorized to hold executive sessions for deliberation on cases that have been appealed to the Commission.

Adds the Workers' Compensation Commission as item 13 in subsection C, allowing it to conduct private deliberations on appealed cases alongside other specifically authorized public bodies.

Maintains existing executive session procedures requiring agenda notice, majority vote by quorum, and recorded votes, with the exception that final votes and actions must be taken in public meetings with each member's vote publicly recorded.

Declares an emergency clause making the act effective immediately upon passage and approval.
