Changes language throughout the Administrative Workers' Compensation Act to reference the "Oklahoma Employee Injury Benefit Act" instead of "this act" for clarity and consistency.

Amends Self-insurance Guaranty Fund provisions to include self-insured qualified employers under the Oklahoma Employee Injury Benefit Act and establishes procedures for continuation of benefits when self-insurers become impaired.

Modifies appeal procedures for benefit denials under the Oklahoma Employee Injury Benefit Act, including creation of administrative law judge review process and Oklahoma Supreme Court review with specific grounds for reversal.

Repeals three sections (206, 207, and 208) of the Administrative Workers' Compensation Act relating to the Oklahoma Option insurance programs.

Bill becomes effective November 1, 2015.
