• Amends Oklahoma poultry operations laws by updating references to the Oklahoma Department of Agriculture, Food, and Forestry throughout the Oklahoma Registered Poultry Feeding Operations Act, Poultry Waste Transfer Act, and Poultry Waste Applicators Certification Act

• Removes requirement that the State Board of Agriculture promulgate a violation points system for poultry feeding operations and deletes related violation point system requirements

• Establishes a new poultry house contractor license category under the Construction Industries Board for contractors performing wiring work on environmentally controlled poultry houses, with annual fees of $300 (initial) and $200 (renewal)

• Requires poultry feeding operations to file annual reports by September 1 detailing poultry waste removal and land-application activities, and requires certified applicators to file annual reports by the same deadline

• Repeals 2 O.S. 2011, Sections 10-9.15 and 10-9.22 relating to poultry waste transfer reports and educational training program funding; effective July 1, 2015
