Secretary of State shall refer a proposed amendment to Section 6B of Article X of the Oklahoma Constitution to voters for approval or rejection.

Amendment changes language in subsection A from "For the purpose of inducing" to "To induce" manufacturing concerns to locate or expand facilities within Oklahoma counties.

Qualifying manufacturing concerns receive a five (5) year exemption from ad valorem taxes on new, expanded, or acquired manufacturing facilities.

Legislature shall enact implementing laws and provide reimbursement to schools, counties, cities, emergency medical services districts, vocational schools, junior colleges, health departments, and libraries for revenue lost due to the exemption.

Chief Clerk of House shall file copies of the resolution with the Secretary of State and Attorney General immediately after passage, including the specified ballot title.
