Proclaims Tuesday, April 7, 2015, as the 19th Annual "4-H Day" at the Oklahoma State Capitol to celebrate youth making community impact.

Recognizes 4-H as the youth component of the Cooperative Extension Service serving Oklahoma youth ages 5-19 since 1908, with 111,000 current members and 8,000 volunteer leaders annually.

Highlights that 4-H youth and volunteer leaders combined contribute more than 135,000 volunteer hours annually, valued at $2.5 million in community and state contributions.

Notes that 4-H members are four times more likely to volunteer and participate in civic activities, twice as likely to participate in science and technology programs, and twice as likely to make healthier life choices.

Encourages others to continue extending knowledge and changing lives through youth development programs following the 4-H motto of "To Make the Best Better."
