Twenty dollars ($20.00) from each Patriot License Plate fee is deposited into the Patriot License Plate Revolving Fund managed by the Military Department of Oklahoma.

Fund monies may be expended for any deployment-related purpose for Oklahoma National Guard members or for producing historical documents, displays, videos, and books capturing the National Guard's involvement in overseas deployments and domestic operations.

Historical materials produced with fund monies shall be distributed to Oklahoma public school libraries and civic leaders, as determined by the Adjutant General.

The Military Department of Oklahoma must file expenditure claims with the Director of the Office of Management and Enterprise Services for State Treasurer approval and warrant issuance.

An emergency clause makes the act effective immediately upon passage and approval.
