• Amends 51 O.S. 2011, Section 6 to modify exemptions from Oklahoma's dual office holding prohibition for state officers and their deputies.

• Adds exemption allowing municipal and county law enforcement officers to serve as part-time rangers under the Oklahoma Tourism and Recreation Department or Oklahoma Scenic Rivers Commission.

• Adds exemption allowing the Administrator of a Scenic Rivers Commission to serve as a park ranger under the Oklahoma Tourism and Recreation Department.

• Clarifies that salaries and benefits for loaned employees shall be paid by their regular employer, with the employee receiving regular compensation as if continuing employment with their permanent employer.

• Permits persons holding state offices to serve on boards of Oklahoma Futures and the Oklahoma Center for the Advancement of Science and Technology without violating dual office holding restrictions.
