Redefines "bus" as a vehicle designed to carry passengers that is part of a network running on regular schedules of routes, times and fares, replacing the prior reference to Title 47 Section 1-105.

Adds exception to "deadly or dangerous weapon" definition to permit weapons carried for lawful self-defense in compliance with the Oklahoma Self Defense Act.

Removes prohibition on boarding a bus with a concealed dangerous or deadly weapon (Section 1903 Subsection D is deleted entirely).

Clarifies language regarding unauthorized removal of baggage and cargo from buses and terminals, specifying that actual value of removed items is not material to the crime.

Becomes effective November 1, 2015.
