Amends 59 O.S. 2011, Section 725.2 to define nine classes of licensed healthcare professionals authorized to use the title "Doctor" including podiatrists, chiropractors, dentists, medical doctors, optometrists, osteopaths, psychologists, speech-language pathologists, and audiologists.

Expands the definition of "physician" to include speech-language pathologists and audiologists (paragraphs 8 and 9) who have earned doctoral degrees from regionally accredited institutions in their respective fields.

Requires all licensed healthcare professionals to identify their license type through written notice or name tags using approved designations, with each licensing board authorized to establish compliance rules.

Mandates that advertisements for healthcare services clearly identify the provider's license type using appropriate terminology, and prohibits deceptive or misleading statements about training, education, skills, or licensure.

Designates speech pathologists and audiologists as practitioners of the healing art for purposes of making referrals under the Individuals with Disabilities Education Act and Section 504 of the Rehabilitation Act of 1973.

Becomes effective November 1, 2015.
