Military Department of Oklahoma shall create and maintain the Oklahoma National Guard Relief Program to provide financial support to members of the Oklahoma National Guard.

Review board composed of current and former Oklahoma National Guard members or their spouses shall accept applications and donations, and direct distribution of program funds without receiving compensation or reimbursement.

Program scope limited to financial support only, removing references to morale, welfare, and recreation support from the primary purpose statement.

Adjutant General authorized to establish procedures for board meetings, qualifying expenses, approvals, and criteria for funding financial hardships and morale, welfare, and recreation facilities, events, or ceremonies.

Act becomes effective November 1, 2015.
