Amends 27A O.S. 2011, Section 2-7-120 to modify fees for liquid waste disposal in underground injection wells regulated by the Department of Environmental Quality.

Sets disposal fee at $0.002 (two-hundredths of one cent) per gallon with annual fee minimum of $10,000 and maximum of $50,000.

Establishes separate fee structure for drinking water treatment residuals injected into Class V underground injection wells with annual minimum of $2,000 and maximum of $5,000.

Requires fees to be paid quarterly to the Department within one month following the close of each quarter.

Directs all fees to be deposited into the Department of Environmental Quality Revolving Fund.
