Amends 44 O.S. 2011, Section 232.2 to authorize the Adjutant General to expend monies for sustainment, restoration, and modernization of military facilities, replacing previous language regarding improvements, repairs, alterations, and maintenance.

Defines "sustainment" as work required to maintain and preserve real property facilities for their designated functional purpose, including maintenance and repair work.

Defines "restoration" as work that brings a facility to a condition suitable for its designed purposes, including work that restores or replaces facilities damaged by lack of sustainment, excessive age, natural disaster, fire, accident, or other causes.

Defines "modernization" as modifications to existing facilities or new construction to implement new or higher standards, accommodate new functions or missions, or replace building components lasting more than 50 years.

Effective date is November 1, 2015.
