Establishes the Chase Morris Sudden Cardiac Arrest Prevention Act, codified as Section 24-156 of Title 70 of the Oklahoma Statutes, defining "athletic activity" as any sport sanctioned and offered in grades seven through twelve by a school district.

Directs the State Department of Health and State Department of Education to jointly develop and post guidelines on their websites about sudden cardiac arrest symptoms and warning signs, including unexplained fainting, difficulty breathing, chest pains, dizziness, and abnormal racing heart rate.

Requires students and parents to sign acknowledgements each school year confirming receipt and review of sudden cardiac arrest information sheets before participating in athletic activities.

Mandates coaches remove any student who collapses or faints without a concurrent head injury from participation immediately, with return to play prohibited until written medical clearance is obtained from a health care provider.

Requires coaches to complete an annual sudden cardiac arrest training course from a State Department of Health-approved provider before coaching athletic activities; encourages non-school youth athletic sponsors to follow the same guidance.

Becomes effective July 1, 2015, with emergency declared for immediate effect.
