Creates the Small Business Deregulation Task Force to operate until January 31, 2018, with a three-year mandate to recommend dramatic reductions in statutory regulations on small business, commerce, and occupational licensing.

Composed of the Lieutenant Governor, Secretary of Commerce, and six current legislators (three from Senate appointed by President Pro Tempore, three from House appointed by Speaker), including chairs of policy committees responsible for business regulation.

Lieutenant Governor serves as Chair; Vice Chair elected by Task Force members; staff support provided by Senate and House; meetings follow Oklahoma Open Meeting Act procedures.

Task Force shall present recommendations to legislative leaders prior to each legislative session and may utilize nonmember expertise as needed.

Members receive travel reimbursement from their appointing authority and set their own meeting schedule.
