Amends 56 O.S. 2011, Section 1020 to authorize caregivers employed by legal guardians of persons with Prader-Willi syndrome to administer injections of hydrocortisone sodium succinate.

Directs the Department of Human Services to promulgate rules permitting hydrocortisone sodium succinate injections for persons affected by Prader-Willi syndrome.

Allows injections to be administered by community services workers or caregivers employed by the legal guardian of a person with Prader-Willi syndrome.

Maintains existing requirements for community-based programs including foster care and supported living arrangements for persons with Prader-Willi syndrome and other developmental disabilities.

Becomes effective November 1, 2015.
