OK SB276

Creates the "2nd Amendment Preservation Act" to be codified as Section 1290.28 of Title 21 of the Oklahoma Statutes.

Makes it a felony for any official, agent, or employee of the United States government or corporation providing services to the federal government who enforces federal acts, orders, laws, statutes, rules, or regulations in violation of this act punishable by up to 5 years imprisonment and/or up to $5,000 fine.

Makes it a misdemeanor for any public officer or employee of the State of Oklahoma or its political subdivisions who enforces federal acts, orders, laws, statutes, rules, or regulations in violation of this act punishable by up to 2 years county jail imprisonment and/or up to $1,000 fine.

Declares an emergency, making the act effective immediately upon passage and approval.
