Amends 59 O.S. 2011, Section 480 to clarify that the "Oklahoma Allopathic Medical and Surgical Licensure and Supervision Act" applies to allopathic, osteopathic, and surgical practices while excluding other healing practices including homeopathy.

Defines allopathy as a method of treatment practiced by recipients of a Doctor of Medicine degree, specifically excluding homeopathy.

Limits the terms "medicine," "physician," and "drug(s)" to allopathic and osteopathic practice only.

Repeals 59 O.S. 2011, Section 481 (as amended by Chapter 349, O.S.L. 2013) relating to the State Board of Medical Licensure and Supervision.

Repeals 59 O.S. 2011, Section 624 (as amended by Chapter 83, O.S.L. 2014) relating to the State Board of Osteopathic Examiners, effective November 1, 2015.
