Active duty military members who apply to the Department of Human Services for state or federal assistance for themselves or immediate family members shall have prior pending applications from other states considered as if filed in Oklahoma on the original application date.

Active duty military members who apply to the Oklahoma Health Care Authority for benefits for themselves or immediate family members shall have prior pending applications from other states considered as if filed in Oklahoma on the original application date.

Creates new codified sections: Section 166.2 of Title 56 (Department of Human Services) and Section 5018.1 of Title 63 (Oklahoma Health Care Authority).

Effective date is November 1, 2015.
