Amends the Oklahoma Public Employees Retirement System (OPERS) to require that certain Department of Corrections employees receive credited service for mandatory overtime hours worked.

Applies to correctional officers, probation and parole officers, and fugitive apprehension agents who are required by the Department to work mandatory overtime.

Defines "overtime" for this purpose as hours worked beyond the regular fixed hours.

These overtime hours will be credited toward years of service for retirement purposes under the OPERS.

Effective date: November 1, 2015.
