Permits Oklahoma voters with a current, valid driver license or identification card to submit voter registration applications electronically through a secure website established by the Secretary of State Election Board.

Applicants must register at the address shown on their driver license or identification card and must affirm the truth of information provided and consent to use of their driver license signature for voter registration purposes.

Secretary of State shall obtain a digital copy of the applicant's driver license or identification card from the Department of Public Safety and compare submitted information to verify compliance before processing applications.

Allows Secretary of State to authorize electronic notification of application disposition and permits voter registration agencies and motor license agents to electronically transmit applications to the State Election Board, subject to security requirements consistent with electronic submission standards.

Effective date is November 1, 2015.
