Creates the Oklahoma Transportation Infrastructure Task Force, operating until December 1, 2016, to study current and future transportation infrastructure expansion, fuel tax data, motor vehicle collections for municipal roads and bridges, the federal marketplace fairness act, and the state's bonding capacity.

Task force consists of 11 members: the Secretary of Transportation (or designee), representatives from statewide county and municipal organizations, representatives from transportation advocacy and road/bridge organizations, three state senators, and three house representatives, with appointments finalized by July 1, 2015.

President Pro Tempore of the Senate and Speaker of the House each designate one legislative member to serve as cochair to convene meetings.

Members serve without compensation; state employees receive travel reimbursement through their appointing authority under the State Travel Reimbursement Act, while legislators receive reimbursement under Section 456 of Title 74.

Task force shall submit findings and recommendations to the Governor, President Pro Tempore, Speaker of the House, and Oklahoma Transportation Commission by December 1, 2016, with the Department of Transportation preparing the report and providing administrative support.
