Updates statutory language regarding disposition of deceased inmates and patients at state correctional facilities, hospitals, and institutions by replacing outdated terminology with modernized references to "correctional facilities."

Requires superintendents or wardens to notify friends or relatives by registered mail or telegram within 96 hours of death if the body is not claimed for private burial, in accordance with state law and agency rules.

Authorizes the State Anatomical Board to reject bodies, with rejected bodies to be buried on facility grounds or at locations authorized by law or agency rule, with burial expenses paid from the facility's operating appropriation.

Empowers county commissioners to use county employees and equipment for opening and closing graves and maintaining publicly owned cemeteries, with authority to charge reasonable fees not exceeding actual service costs.

Repeals 21 obsolete statutory sections (8 O.S. 2011, Sections 81-87, 90-91, 94, 111-115, and 131-141) relating to Indian and township cemeteries, cemetery associations, and county cemetery associations; effective November 1, 2015.
