Intercity motor buses pay fees based on seating capacity ($7.50-$10.00 per seat) to the Oklahoma Tax Commission or Oklahoma Corporation Commission depending on registration type, with reduced rates after the first year

Intracity motor buses pay fees based on seating capacity ($40.00-$7.00 per seat depending on capacity) to the Oklahoma Tax Commission, with annual reductions of 80% for up to 7 years but not below $25.00 minimum
