• Amends Oklahoma sales tax law (68 O.S. Section 1356) to add a new exemption (paragraph 75) for sales by nonprofit organizations exempt under Internal Revenue Code Section 501(c)(3) related to fundraising events.

• Exempts sales of admission tickets and donated items sold at fundraising events lasting no more than 5 consecutive days when the sales are not part of the organization's regular business operations.

• Requires that exempted sales be limited to tickets for event admittance and items specifically donated to the organization for sale at the event.

• Effective date: November 1, 2015.
